Here is Mexican DSS customer Luis "Cuaz" Carrasco with his father. If you're interested in adventure / extreme sport stuff (and you speak Spanish), have a look at his web page. Luis was the host of an extreme sport television program when he began his sliding career at the 1995 World Championships in Lillehammer. During one of the training runs he smashed his helmet onto the ice and ripped half of his chin guard off, breaking his nose and dripping blood all over the place. It was good footage for his TV show, which devoted two full programs to his skeleton adventures. (You should see some of the other stupid stuff he did for that show - ever heard of Portuguese bull fighting?) The funny thing is, he did the exact same thing again during training for the 1997 World Championships in Lake Placid. Hold your head up, Luis!
